Suicide Prevention in Sport

National Policy. Frontline Operations. Elite Sport.

Our leadership helped shape the national “Staying Safe from Suicide” guidance, which transformed suicide prevention from reactive risk management into personalised, trauma-informed safety planning.

We apply that same strategic rigor to sport.

This includes:

  • Aligning organisations with emerging standards such as BS 30480

  • Strengthening psychological safety across workforces

  • Embedding prevention into governance and operational delivery

  • Reducing legal, reputational, and workforce risk

  • Creating measurable social and organisational impact

We help organisations move beyond compliance and toward genuine cultural resilience.

Chase Webster brings together a rare combination of national suicide prevention leadership, NHS operational management, healthcare transformation, and strategic consultancy experience , applying it directly to the realities of elite sport.

This includes experience designing and shaping national suicide prevention policy at NHS England in collaboration with ministers, clinical experts, healthcare leaders, and national stakeholders, helping translate complex policy into practical, operational prevention strategies. This includes advising international health and government partners, including work connected to the Singapore Government on suicide prevention and mental health strategy.

We understand how policy works at board level and how pressure feels on the frontline.

We help sporting organisations build the governance, culture, and operational infrastructure that prevents harm before it escalates, embedding suicide prevention into leadership, workforce strategy, supporter engagement, and organisational resilience.
